The Power Up Creator Awards celebrate creators over 50 who are showing the world that experience and tech-savvy aren’t opposites, they’re a superpower. This year we’re honoring video creators, podcasters, authors, writers, and musicians.

 1. Power Up Creator of the Year: 1st – 3rd Place  

Honors the standout creators, who demonstrate exceptional storytelling, production quality, and impact.

 2. Power Up Audio‑Only Excellence Podcaster of the Year

Honors an audio‑only creator whose submitted episode demonstrates outstanding sound and storytelling.

3. Power Up Writer of the Year

Celebrates the top voted writer. Your work can be books, articles, etc. Submit your greatest work: article, 1 chapter of your book, etc.

4. Power Up Musician of the Year

Honors an exceptional independent musician or audio artist whose original songs, instrumental tracks, or sonic branding capture the bold, driven energy of the Power Up Generation.

5. Power Up Digital Arts Creator of the Year

Recognizes a creator over 50 who creates stunning digital work.

6. ‘Pick Your Label’ Creator of the Year 

Recognizes a creator who has boldly redefined their own label, niche, or identity and found meaningful success over the last 12 months.

 

Important rules:

  • All three items are required. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
  • 60‑second limit for award acceptance is strict.
  • These awards are for human created content.
  • No refunds on disqualified entries. Entry fees are final and non‑refundable.

Who is Jen Hardy?

Hello! I’m Jen Hardy, CEO of Hardy House Media and a serial content creator. I’m the host of The Fabulous Over 50 Podcast, a two-time Podcast-of-the-Year winner that celebrates the humor, challenges, and joys of aging. My YouTube Channel, The Jen Hardy Show, has garnered 2 1/2 million views in its first eight months, earned two community partner managers through YouTube, and recently won Broadcast of the Year. 

In my bestselling book, Uncensored YouTube Hacks, I share practical advice for setting up your YouTube channel for success. As a YouTube consultant, I use the information I’ve learned to help other podcasters find their voice through video and get comfortable on camera.

In my personal life, I’m blessed to be able to live my fantasy life with the youngest 2 of my 7 children. We live on a tropical island on the east coast of Florida; run our media company from our home studio; attend surf school in the summer; swim with manatees & dolphins at our neighborhood beach; and watch rocket launches from our front yard. We’re also celebrating the 25th year homeschooling, with only six left to go! We’re living the dream, & proving that life over 50 truly is fabulous.
