My journey has been all about empowering individuals and businesses to discover their potential and achieve incredible transformations. Whether I’m engaging with my “Jen Hardy Show” audience on YouTube, or hosting my podcast, “Fabulous over 50,” my mission is to inspire, educate, and entertain.
When I’m not behind the mic or camera, you can find me leading the “Golden Mic Society” mastermind for podcasters over 50, engaging in thought-provoking discussions with our “Space Coast Podcasters and Creators” local meetup, and sharing the spotlight with remarkable guests. I believe in the power of reinvention and the magic that happens when we embrace new beginnings, and have reinvented myself, my goals, and shows in 2024.
As a podcast host, author, speaker, and community builder, I’m devoted to helping people discover their full potential and reclaim their power. I’m the host of the “Fabulous Over 50” podcast, (formerly Hardy Mom) where I provide actionable tips and advice that will help you level up in your career, relationships, and life. I also host the “Medical Gaslighting” podcast, which aims to educate and empower people with chronic illness and pain.
In addition to my work as an author and podcaster, my husband and I also founded the “Space Coast Podcasters & Creators,” a local podcast meetup group that provides a supportive community for aspiring and established podcasters alike. I have a passion for sharing knowledge and creating community.
I was raised by an entrepreneur and started working in the family business at the age of 12. I’ve been blogging since 2015; wrote the book, “The Sick Mom’s Guide to Having Fun Again” in 2017; and started the “Fabulous Over 50” Podcast in 2018. In 2022 I published three 5-year journals; one for business owners to build their success, one for those on a quest for happiness; and one for moms with chronic illness.
