The Mastermind meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 3:00-4:00 EST.
Weekly Meeting Plan:
- Week 1 –Society Mixer – During this meeting, we get to know each other on a personal level. This will build our community, strengthen relationships, and help us grow. (This is an important part of building and strengthening our connection, and different from the “networking” you’ll see elsewhere. We’re building real relationships)
- Week 2 – Speaker – We will have a speaker on a topic that will be beneficial for all members followed by Q & A
- Week 3 – Hot Seat – One member shares their struggles and pain points, and the rest of us help them discover the solutions.
- Week 4 – Round Table – In the first 10 minutes, we will all discuss what is going well, and share our successes. Then a 50 minute group discussion about the tips, tricks, & tools that are working for us.
- Week 5 – Fifth meeting of the month, when applicable, will be our goal setting and accountability time.
